Released in October 2010, the Renault X95 Phase I (X95.I) Megane Coupe-Cabriolet (CC) was a two-door, four-seat convertible with a folding glass roof. Manufactured in Douai, France, the front-wheel drive X95 Megane Coupe-Cabriolet was powered by a 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol engine that was mated to a continuously variable transmission (CVT) with six pre-set ratios. Images: Renault X95.III Megane Coupe-Cabriolet (2014-16)

Released in Australia in July 2014, the Renault X95 Phase III (X95.III) Megane Coupe-Cabriolet range consisted of Dynamique and GT-Line variants. The Renault X95.III Megane CC could be identified by its front mask which featured new headlights, an upper grille which spanned the distance between the headlights, a larger ‘Renault’ badge and a full-width lower grille. Visual cues for the GT-Line included a body-coloured rear bumper, satin grey door handles and a satin grey rear diffuser. Inside, Dynamique variants had a digital speedometer; the GT-Line variants, however, had a Renault Sport analogue speedometer and carbon-fibre effect dashboard trim.
