Released in February 2001, the Audi C5 Series I (C5.I) Allroad quattro was a four-wheel drive wagon. Manufactured in Neckarsulm, Germany, the A6 Allroad quattro range initially consisted of the 2.7TT variant which was powered by a 2.7-litre twin-turbo petrol V6 engine that was mated to either a five-speed automatic or six-speed manual transmission (the latter with a 1.54 gear reduction ratio). Images: Audi C5.II Allroad quattro (2004-05)

Released in February 2004, the Audi C5 Series II (C5.II) Allroad quattro introduced a revised line-up and equipment levels. The Allroad quattro 2.7TT was only offered with a five-speed automatic transmission, while a range-topping ‘4.2’ variant – powered by a 4.2-litre petrol V8 engine – was added to the range. As part of the update, the air suspension system included automatic and manual controls.
