Released in December 2009, the Holden CG Mark II (CG.II) Captiva range consisted of two distinct models: the Captiva 5 and Captiva 7 (with five and seven seats respectively). The Captiva 5 was based on the CG.I Captiva Maxx but powered by a new, 2.4-litre four-cylinder petrol engine. In the Captiva 7 range, the SX, CX and LX variants were continued.
