Released in November 2008, the Hyundai TG Series II (TG.II) Grandeur introduced a revised range and subtle facelift. As part of the TG.II update, a 2.2-litre four-cylinder turbo-diesel engine was introduced and the Limited variant was discontinued. The Hyundai TG.II Grandeur could be identified by its new 17-inch alloy wheel designs, chrome grille, chrome bumper inserts, bodyside mouldings and door mirrors with indicators. Inside, there was a new instrument cluster, display screen and blue backlit controls.
