Commencing production in September 2015, the Hyundai TQ-V Series II (TQ-V.II) iLoad introduced additional safety equipment and features. The Hyundai TQ-V.II iLoad could be identified by its deeper front grille with chrome suround, new front bumper and relocated radio aerial; for liftback models, the tailgate garnish had a chrome finish. Inside, the TQ-V.II iLoad had a redesigned centre stack with seven-inch touch screen, blue switchgear illumination and a new instrument cluster design.

Released in May 2018, the Hyundai TQ-V Series III (TQ-V.III) iLoad introduced updated styling and additional features. Visually, the TQ-V.III iLoad could be identified by its ‘flowing’ black bar grille with chrome lip surround, new headlight design and new bumper. Inside, the TQ-V.III iLoad had a new instrument cluster with trip computer, an updated multimedia system which continued to have a seven-inch touchscreen (and was first introduced in the Hyundai OS Kona), new cloth upholstery and tilt/telescopic adjustment for the steering wheel.
