Released in Australia in November 2013, the Mazda BM Mazda3 was available as a hatchback and sedan. Manufactured in Hofu, Japan, the front-wheel drive Mazda3 was initially available with by 2.0- and 2.5-litre four-cylinder petrol engines that were mated to six-speed manual and automatic transmissions.
