Commencing production in November 2014 and officially released in Australia in January 2015, the Mazda GJ Series II (GJ.II) Mazda6 introduced noise reduction measures and revised suspension. Visually, the GL Mazda6 could be identified by its new front grille and ‘signature’ front wings and new headlights; new Sonic Silver Metallic and Titanium Flash Mica paint finishes were also introduced.
