Released in February 2011, the Mercedes-Benz W639 Series II (W639.II) Vito Van introduced a revised range, suspension and, for models with manual transmissions, a stop-start system which would shut down the engine when stationary. The Mercedes-Benz W639.II Vito Van could be identified by its revised front mask, including a new grille and headlights with LED running lights. Inside, there were more durable fabrics and new buttons on the upper control panel.
