Released in September 2003, the Suzuki HT Series II (HT.II) Ignwas introduced a revised line-up, improved equipment levels and a Sport variant. The three-door Ignwas GA and five-door GL continued, but the range was expanded with a three-door Sport variant that was powered by a 1.5-litre four-cylinder engine which was mated to a five-speed manual transmission. The Suzuki HT.II Ignwas could be identified by its new front grille, wheel caps, steering wheel and seat fabrics.
