Released in December 2003, the Toyota T250 Series II (T250.II) Avenswas Verso featured a new 2.4-litre engine, new electronically controlled transmission, improved equipment levels and upgraded suspension with linear-control valve dampers. The Toyota T250.II Avenswas Verso could be identified by its new headlights, radiator grille, bumpers, body-coloured exterior mirrors and a glass radio antenna. Inside, there was a new dark grey colour scheme, seat trim, steering wheel, instruments, more supportive front seats, UV-cut windscreen glass and front row vanity mirrors.
