Overview

2022 Audi Q3: rear window glass could break

In December 2022, recall campaign 64H4 was issued for 2022 Audi Q3 vehicles. Due to a manufacturing defect, the rear window glass may have been manufactured out of specification. This could result in uneven stress distribution, causing the window glass to break. If this occurred, broken pieces of the window could fall into the vehicle’s interior or outside the vehicle; either circumstance could cause injury. 2023 Audi Q3: incorrectly welded seat frame

In November 2023, recall campaign 72N5 was issued for 2023 Audi Q3 vehicles. Due to a manufacturing defect, the outer backrest frame of the front seats may have been incorrectly welded. As a result, the seat frame could fracture. In the event of a collision, a fractured seat frame could increase the risk of injury to vehicle occupants.
