2019 Lexus X10 UX 250h: loss of power braking assistance

In July 2019, recall campaign UGG33 was issued for Lexus X10 UX 250h vehicles that were manufactured from 8 May 2019 to 15 May 2019. The brake booster pumps in these vehicles may have been manufactured improperly and this could cause power braking assistance to cease while driving. If the brake booster pump stopped operating, multiple warning lights and messages would illuminate, and/or audible chimes may sound. Furthermore, power braking assistance could be lost completely after several brake pedal applications. As such, the vehicle’s stopping distance would increase and this increased the risk of a collision. For the VINs of the recalled vehicles, please see PRA 2019/17710.

2018-21 Lexus UX 200: label not affixed to towbar

In February 2022, recall campaign WGG72 was issued for 2018-21 Lexus UX 200 vehicles that had towbars. These vehicles were not compliant with Australian Design Rule ADR 62/02 because a label was not affixed to the towbar. To fix, an ECE 55-01 compliance label was to be applied to the towbar. For the VINs of the recalled vehicles, please see REC-005052.
