Recalls: Lexus XC10 RC F

2014-17 Lexus XC10 RC F: high pressure fuel pumps
In February 2018, a recall was issued for Lexus XC10 RC F vehicles that were manufactured from 30 September 2014 to 6 December 2017. In these vehicles, the high pressure fuel pumps could sustain damage that could lead to abnormal noise and vibration. Over time, the fuel pumps could develop a fatigue crack that could expand and leak fuel. In the presence of an ignition source, the leaking fuel could cause a vehicle fire. The recalled Lexus XC10 RC F vehicles had VINs in the range JTH HP5BC # 05000158 to JTH HP5BC # 05006742 (PRA 2018/16613).
