Problems and faults: Nissan Z32 300ZX

  • Adding fuel-injector cleaner may cause the fuel injector coils to corrode.
  • Leaves and other debris can collect in the evaporator housing, clogging the drain and causing water to leak into the passenger footwell – this can be fixed by fitting a revised cowl screen.
  • If the power windows shudder during operation, then the window regulators likely need to be replaced. However, the power windows may also not operate due to dust accumulating in the main power window switch.
  • If the targa roof leaks, the seals likely require replacement – though these can be difficult to source.
