Overview

Released in March 1999, the Daihatsu L701 Handi was a light, three-door van. Manufactured in Japan, the front-wheel drive Handi was powered by a 1.0-litre EJ-DE three-cylinder petrol engine that was mated to a five-speed manual transmission.

The Handi was 3410 mm long, 1475 mm wide, 1420 mm tall and had a 2360 mm long wheelbase. Furthermore, the Handi had MacPherson strut front suspension and a torsion beam rear axle.
