Euro NCAP: Suzuki JB Grand Vitara crash testing
In Euro NCAP crash testing, a 2007 five-door Grand Vitara fitted with a 1.9-litre turbo-diesel engine – and equipped with dual front airbags, front side airbags and curtain airbags – received a four star adult occupant protection rating with a score of 29.87. This result, however, included one point for a driver’s seatbelt reminder which was not available in Australia, such that the score for Australian models was 28.87 out of 37.
