Recalls: Lexus XF30 LS

  • In August 2004, a recall was issued for Lexus XF30 LS models manufactured from 29 July 2003 to 14 January 2004 due to a metal tang on the ‘brake No. 4 tube’ of the automatic transmission potentially snapping off; this could prevent the engagement fo the locking pawl for the ‘park’ position. The affected vehicles were in the VIN range JTH BN36F# 00123381 to JTH BN36F# 00147396 (PRA 2004/7158).
